Check-in Instructions for 2025 Aggieland Classic

TEAM MANAGERS: The following is REQUIRED by Jan 22, 2025. Once the successful completion of all steps are verified you will see a green flag on your GotSoccer event page.

STEP 1) Upload the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS into GotSoccer:

1. Login to your GotSoccer account
   
2. Go to the appropriate tab your team is registered to attend
   
3. Go to the Document Tab
   
4. Upload the document to the appropriate tab

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• US Club/USYSA Roster 
• US Club/USYSA Player Cards with player pictures (virtual cards are acceptable)

STEP 2) Complete a hotel room estimate for your team.

Hotel room estimates help show the impact we are providing to the local economy. Please estimate the number of players, parents, coaches, spectators, etc. that are likely stay in a Bryan/College Station area hotel for this tournament.

STEP 3) Bring Medical Release Forms FOR ALL PLAYERS

Medical Release forms for all players must be in your possession during the event. Medical releases used for league play are acceptable.
