Youth Academy:
Our professional coaches will be assigned to Competitive teams each year after tryouts. In general, we expect all coaches to be a part of training for all Competitive teams. The Director of Coaching and Technical Director will make all Competitive coaching assignments.
Youth Academy sessions are led by our Youth Academy Director, and supplemented by our professional staff coaches.
We attempt to make as few changes to player groups as possible while incorporating new players. There is always the possibility of some changes based on numbers. The Director of Coaching and Technical Director will be in charge of all finalized player assignments.
The Coaching Staff evaluates new players at Tryouts or at practices if the player missed Tryouts, and those new players are compared to current Cavalry players. New players have the ability to make any team in the club and can be cut if room isn't available.
